This applies to any subscription plan purchased directly from VPN One Click or Google Play. For the Appstore, we cannot directly issue refunds, so to initiate a refund following their terms of service you can start by heading here.

For the other platforms, simply contact our Support Team via live chat or email to initiate your refund request, and we will process it as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds for App Store and Google Play

For Purchases Made on VPN One Click Website

If you purchased your subscription directly from the VPN One Click website and are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Locate your VPN One Click purchase and click "Report a Problem."
Select "Request a Refund" and provide a reason.
Apple will process the request based on their policies.

For Purchases Made on Google Play Store

Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are managed directly by Google. VPN One Click cannot process these refunds.
